Arabica Gayo

Known as high quality Arabica from Gayo Region of Sumatera, Indonesia. Exclusively grown in Gayo highlands, carefully cultivated and selected post-harvest process to maintain its high-quality coffee.

Spicy, floral and fruity notes with full bodied flavor and lower acidity level compared with some other arabica, climate and soil of the region has contributed to rich flavor profile and well-balanced taste of the coffee.

Altitude of cultivated from 1,200 meters to 1,600 meters above sea level or even higher tends to mature more slowly, which bring more complex flavors and high quality of coffee .

Arabica Java Preanger

In the 19 century the European people called this arabica as “Cup of Java” from west Java, Indonesia.

At the beginning, the Dutch colonial era was played coffee cultivation in the Preanger region and it was the first coffee exported by Netherlands to worldwide.

Elevation of cultivated ranging from 900 meter to 1,400 meter above sea level, where the higher altitudes has developed of unique characteristic flavor notes include fruity, floral, nutty with hints of caramel and mild to moderate acidity .

Robusta Temanggung

Grown in the Temanggung region of Central Java, Indonesia. It has a full bodied, thick texture, higher caffeine but lower acidity. Often used in espresso blends because its strong flavor and crema producing qualities, also it’s very common to used in instant coffee production.

Robusta Bengkulu/Lampung

Bengkulu province, located on the Sumatera Island is the one of best producers of Robusta coffee in Indonesia. A lot of coffee from Bengkulu has been transported to warehouse in Lampung for distribution and export shipments. Strong and bold flavor as the profile of Robusta Bengkulu. This Robusta often has a rich, earthy and slightly nutty with hints of bitterness, woody aroma, lower acidity but higher caffeine.

One of the advantages of Robusta Bengkulu is its extra-large size of green beans, especially on premium Robusta and Grade 1 Robusta.
